3. How can I check my order status?
When your package status changes to "Shipped," it means the logistics provider has picked up your parcel, and it is on its way to the delivery address.
- We will monitor the delivery to ensure your package arrives within 2–7 working days on average.
- Please note that delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or customs clearance, are possible.
You can track your order through:
Home > My Account > My Orders
- The status of your order will update from "Ready to Ship" to "Shipped" once it is picked up by the logistics provider.
- After receiving your parcel, log in to Zoey Homemade-EM, click [Order Received] under My Orders, and your order status will change to "Completed."
If you do not click [Order Received] within 14 days, the system will automatically update the status to "Completed."
