Zoey Homemade-EM Delivery Policy

  1. When will I get my order?
    To estimate when you will receive your order, it is important to consider the source and destination of the shipment.
    Below are the average delivery times under normal conditions after the order has been shipped:
    • Zoey Homemade-EM promises to deliver your parcel within a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 7 working days.

  2. If the delivery fails, will it be reattempted the next day?
    If your item cannot be delivered because no one is available to receive it at the delivery address, the logistics service provider will arrange with the recipient for a second delivery attempt. This will be scheduled for the next working day (weekends excluded) or another mutually agreed date.

  3. 3. How can I check my order status?
    When your package status changes to "Shipped," it means the logistics provider has picked up your parcel, and it is on its way to the delivery address.
    • We will monitor the delivery to ensure your package arrives within 2–7 working days on average.
    • Please note that delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or customs clearance, are possible.
    You can track your order through:
    Home > My Account > My Orders
    • The status of your order will update from "Ready to Ship" to "Shipped" once it is picked up by the logistics provider.
    • After receiving your parcel, log in to Zoey Homemade-EM, click [Order Received] under My Orders, and your order status will change to "Completed."
    If you do not click [Order Received] within 14 days, the system will automatically update the status to "Completed."

  4. 4. What happens if my package status does not update?
    Delays in status updates may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather disruptions or customs clearance issues.
    • Rest assured that we are doing our best to ensure your order is delivered within the promised timeline.
    • If the status remains unchanged for more than 3–5 days, please contact the Zoey Homemade-EM Support Team.
